QUEST PORTAL
Quest Portal is a virtual tabletop designed for game masters who want to run immersive role-playing sessions effortlessly. Founded with the mission to increase creativity, empathy, and collaboration globally, Quest Portal envisions making tabletop RPGs a universal medium for storytelling and connection across various cultures, bringing people together across oceans with the help of AI, character sheets, and essential tools.
As a new-to-market, niche product, Quest Portal wanted to identify and implement advertising approaches that resonated with their target audience. The early stages involved extensive experimentation across three main tracks: brand awareness, their premium offering, and marketing their integration with Chaosium Core.
As well as working on acquisition, we also audited ASO, onboarding funnels, and monetisation strategy to improve conversion. Worked also worked with Quest Portal on customer psychology and value proposition. We also audited and implemented full SKAN-compliant attribution tracking allowing for more comprehensive analytics across the entire funnel.
